The Firm

The start for LGWM was unique and adventurous. In 1989, Jim Lloyd and Jim Gray met at the Mountain Brook Inn and resolved to start the best litigation firm in the Southeast. Within a week, the firm was open for business, with only four attorneys and four secretaries.

Since 1989, LGWM has grown into a 34 attorney full-service litigation firm representing clients all over the Southeastern United States. LGWM represents professionals, employers, self insureds and insurance companies, integrating LGWM’s understanding of the dynamic legal climate, with a keen appreciation of our clients’ litigation goals and desired results. LGWM is Rated “AV” in Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in Best’s Recommended Insurance Counsel.
